Sydney Motorway Tolls |

GPSM introduced a charge for Sydney motorway tolls on sea freight shipments in January 2010 after trying for many years to absorb these costs.
Everyone will also be aware from news items that the motorway tolls have again increased from 1 July 2010 to a point where we are unable to continue absorbing these costs on airfreight deliveries.
We regret the need to introduce the charge but are sure you will understand this charge is now an “industry norm”.
A flat fee of $ 7.50 per delivery has been implemented for all airfreight deliveries in an effort to recoup part of the costs involved, we feel that a flat fee is a reasonable and less-intrusive cost recovery than applying the actual tolls for every delivery. It should be noted that as a heavy vehicle, the tolls on M5 motorway can total $ 20.00 per round trip and on Eastern Distributor/Harbour tunnel, M2 and M7 motorways, tolls can total $ 65.00 per round trip.
GPSM web rates have been updated to reflect the above cost recovery.
